We are all unique and so it’s your program that’s why we are not just personal trainers; we are certified functional and integrated health coaches. We partner with clients one-on-one to integrate health goals seamlessly with your lifestyle. Whether you’ve fallen off a routine, are tired of your existing one, or are struggling to start a new one, our goal is to meet you exactly where you are and partner with you on the next steps to your healthiest self.
At Oak Park Fitness Trainer , our gym is everywhere, and use the elements of nature and home, wth three key components – movement, nutrition, and coaching – to give you the experience… what we proudly refer to as the trifecta method.
Our movement plans are based on progressive strength training, helping you to build muscle and burn fat safely and efficiently. We also help you learn what rest works best for you body and mind. We work out with you live over Zoom, at a time that best fits your schedule and lifestyle, following a routine tailored to your fitness level.
Our nutrition plans guide you to develop a mindful understanding of how to energize yourself. We work with you to not only develop a balanced dietary habit, but to also recognize that your mind and spirit need fuel too through things like meditation, healthy relationships, and a positive outlook on life.
At Oak Park Fitness Trainer we believe getting your health and wellness back on track doesn’t have to be a lonely experience. That’s why we include coaching into our unique offering. Our supportive community is available to you 24/7 to keep you motivated, accountable, and inspired. Whether it’s a text sent directly to your phone or checking in with our community forum - you’ll always have someone rooting for you.
All of our services are delivered online via Zoom, making health and wellness accessible wherever you find yourself: at home, a lunch break at the office, in a hotel room, or on vacation. Anywhere you have an internet connection, Oak Park Fitness Trainer is there with you.

My Story
Hi, I’m Tommaso Luca Sanna, Founder and CEO of Oak Park Fitness. My journey in fitness and faith has been one of transformation, resilience, and purpose.

The Beginning of My Fitness Journey
It all started at the age of 23 when I began personal training and group fitness instruction at a local gym in Eastchester, NY. Fitness had always been a passion of mine—it was a natural progression for me to move from working out to teaching and coaching others. What started as a love for wellness evolved into a lifelong mission to help others achieve their healthiest, most fulfilled selves.
But my entrepreneurial spirit? That spark was ignited much earlier. At just 10 years old, I was creating and selling handwritten Sports Illustrated newsletters. I’ve always had a passion for creating, innovating, and finding new ways to make an impact. This drive continues to fuel everything I do.

A Walk of Faith and Redemption
My walk with the Lord has been nothing short of a reconstruction—soul, mind, and body. At just 4 years old, I had a near-death experience that shaped my early perspective on life. Later, at 21, the sudden loss of my father left me searching for answers, questioning God’s love for me and humanity.
That searching led me down paths of exploring physics and new-age philosophies. But no matter how far I strayed, I always felt like the lost sheep that Jesus left the 99 to rescue. Like the prodigal son, I eventually found my way back home, not by my strength but by His grace.

Healing and Purpose
Although my life may have seemed exciting and enviable on the outside, I often carried deep feelings of being lost. Over time, I realized that God was using every part of my story—every pain, every question, every triumph—to shape me for the purpose He has for me.
Through His love, I’ve learned that healing is a process. Revisiting painful moments can be uncomfortable, but the only way out is through. His love has corrected me, trained me in patience, and taught me compassion for myself and others. This ongoing journey of grace is one I now share with others, helping them find hope and purpose in their own lives.
